Dear Runners,


Thanks for taking the first step to get serious in training up for the BB Blaze 2019

No doubt running is a simple activity, but failing to plan is planning to fail. Running will help you to train your overall stamina for the race. Coupled with some strengthening exercises, you will be all geared up! Hence, let us guide you in your training towards the grueling race on the 13th April 2019.



Each week, training will be released every Sunday for the following week in a simple to follow manner. Check out the program HERE.
